Administers, coordinates and oversees complex functions associated throughout the recruitment life cycle for all ancillary, support and clinical positions up to and including middle management within SHC to ensure availability of a qualified pool of applicants for achievement of established goals and objectives.
As an integral part of the recruitment team for SHC, assists in the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy for the organization.
Develops strong partnerships with the interviewing managers.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR assistant.
Basic Education: BA plus 3 yrs. Exp. In employee relations/recruitment or 7 yrs. Employee relations/recruitment experience.
Basic Field of Expertise: 3 years experience in human resources/recruitment activities in healthcare environment This position requires an RN license.
