*Senior Clinical Research Coordinator RN
Dept: Infectious Disease In this position, you will function as the primary nurse for your study patients, with responsibility for the coordination of their research related clinical care as well as completion of all data collection and regulatory documentation required for the conduct of your studies.
You will also be responsible for maintaining current patient education materials & updating these as needed.
The Research Coordinators in our outpatient clinic enjoy a high degree of autonomy, a collegial atmosphere and the opportunity to follow their patients long term.
This is a full-time, week day position with flexible scheduling available.
Additional Information Position Type: Temporary Education/Special Skills Required: BSN required.
Minimum of 2 years research nursing experience.
Strong working knowledge of multi-system diseases, preferably with knowledge of HIV/AIDS, understanding of the immune system & various treatment modalities used for people with chronic illness.
Certification in area of specialty (ACRN, CRC, CRA, CS).
Current IL Nursing License.
