Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator

Nurses in this position will educate doctors and patients about a new diabetes prescription program.
They will also help maximize the duration patients remain on this diabetes prescription program by providing guidance, support and encouragement to patients enrolled in the program.
Nurses will need to achieve agreed service levels and to ensure calls are logged and data is captured accurately.
Position Requirements: Qualified applicants for these positions will be Registered Nurses who have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to provide quality customer service, and the ability to remain empathetic in a fast-paced work environment.
Applicants must also be comfortable typing, working with computers and providing nursing services over the phone.
