Recruiter (Non-Clinical) - HR - FT Days: Piedmont Healthcare
Complete Description Recruits and selects qualified candidates to staff positions of the hospital.
Provides counsel and guidance to department Directors concerning all Human Resources matters.
Provides direction and guidance to clerical staff within the department.
Responsible for processing certain employment related transactions within the Human Resources system.
Various monthly reporting requirements.
Degree in Business or related field preferred.
One (1) to three (3) years experience in a Recruiting capacity.
Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing Human Resources functions.
Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
