RN, Emergency Room Woodland Healthcare is located in a bedroom rural community to Sacramento.
Woodland Memorial is a 120 bed acute care community hospital with a deep history in the community.
Woodland is an integrated system where Nurses and Doctors unite to serve the same goals to serve the community health., a leader in cardiac services.
Our 12-bed ER is a team-oriented, fast-paced, and rewarding team of highly experienced physicians and nurses who are continually honored with high patient satisfaction scores.
The Registered Nurse coordinates, supervises and implements patient care.
Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction and progress.
Conducts initial and ongoing assessment, develops patient care plan, manages patient treatment, teaches patient and family, identifies and corrects variances from care plan and completes discharge planning.
Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments.
Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs.
Obtains consults and referrals as necessary.
California RN license.
Minimum 1 year current ER experience.
**** $10000 Sign-on bonus, fully paid Health, Dental, Vision plans for employee and all dependents.
