Availability: Per diem Education Required: None Experience Required: 1 Year Relocation Assistance: No Salary: Minimum: 0 Maximum: 0 Posted: 5/3/2006 City: Scranton County: Lackawanna State: Pennsylvania Job Description: We are looking for Per Diem Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, for Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Monroe, and Pike counties.
Provide hands on care to patients, who require skilled, intermittent homecare.
Perform duties according to the client's physician's Plan of Treatment.
Monitor client's condition(s) from Admission through Discharge.
Provide daily observations to Nurse Managers, Staff Supervisor, and treating Physician as required.
Follow Bayada Nurses policies and procedures, including universal safety and infection control practices.
