All you need to bring is yourself! Job Description Description Responsible for the management of the Patient Care Outcomes and Nursing Services in the Neurology/Neurosurgery setting comprising of a 21 bed Neurology/Neurosurgery unit.

Responsible for the department specific cost targets, employee satisfaction and turnover, clinical competency, patient satisfaction and over all leadership of the department on a 24 hour basis.

Qualifications Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Master's level education preferred.

A background of three to five years management experience in a Neurological and/or Medical/Surgical setting.

Experience in JCAHO Stroke Center Certification a strong plus.

Extensive clinical experience in a Neuroscience setting and Neuro Certification preferred.

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or the ability to obtain required.
