Primary Duties/Responsibilities Manages and oversees clinical, human and other resources within West Pavilion.

Develops and implements goals and objectives to support the organization in the changing health care environment.

Utilizes and provides direction in the nursing process, standards, DMAI process and the allocation of resources within established reimbursement/budget parameters.

Maintains competence in clinical nursing practice and obtains relative education.

Minimum Qualifications NJ RN License, 4-5 years Inpatient Mental Health experience and 1-2 years management experience in Mental Health Service required.

BSN is preferred.
