DEPARTMENT: Chemical Dependency SCHEDULE: Full-time Regular; 40 hours/week; Days Shift.
May work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
EDUCATION: MSW. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: LCSW or MFT. QUALIFICATIONS: Will consider both LCSW and MFT applicants.
Will hire most qualified candidate.
Minimum of two years professional experience in chemical dependency treatment with individuals, families and groups.
Prefer someone who has functioned as part of a chemical dependency treatment team.
Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Assesses, develops and coordinates a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, and referral of health plan members with acute or chronic disorders and /or chemical dependency issues.
Prepares reports, intakes, treatment plans, case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential reports.
Provides recovery services to chemically dependent and co-dependent individuals.
Excellent attendance is required.
Must be willing to work in a labor-management partnership environment.
SKILLS TESTING: N/A DUTIES: Interviews, assesses and evaluates patients and families who present themselves as having chemical use/abuse/dependency and related problems, develops and provides treatment utilizing a variety of modalities for Individuals, families and groups.
Participates in departmental program development, implementation and evaluation.
May work evenings, weekends and /or holidays.
