Additional information about Xtria can be found on the web at www.xtria.com. Job Description: The Imaging Technology Site Manager will be working on site at St. Joseph Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA. This is a contract position that will last through the end of the year.
The Imaging Technology Site Manager will serve as an on-site resource for technology to support an enterprise-wide PACS and the integration of modalities and systems.
The Imaging Technology Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to- day oversight and planning for the Enterprise-wide Imaging Technology projects and operations.
The Imaging Technology Site Manager is also expected to identify additional issues and concerns and bring them to the attention of the appropriate contacts at the client site and/or the Xtria Account Manager.
Many projects and action items will require collaborative effort between the client site and the Xtria Account Manager.
The Technology Site Manager is the interface between the client and Xtria.
He/She is responsible for managing all facets of the client relationship.
He/She is responsible for providing direction in resolving client issues as well as enterprise-wide imaging services problems that may include PACS implementation, interfaces, modalities, personnel, and physician practice needs throughout the client site.
Experience/Responsibilities: BA/BS required plus 4 6 years of experience Must be able to mange people, priorities, comply with budgets, develop and track to project plans.
Strength in their ability to identify issues, problem-solve, and effectively communicate solutions.
Must be familiar with Imaging Technology, PACS, DICOM, radiology operations, cardiology operations, network management, storage management, project management, healthcare management concepts, and general hospital operations.
Must be able to determine client's imaging technology needs, assist the client it setting priorities in the selection of imaging technology, workflow processes, perform basic financial and "cost/benefit" analysis as it relates to PACS initiatives, and present such findings to management in the client's environment.
Must be able to provide support business development in identifying client requirements and Xtria solutions.
