Human Resources Coordinator: TRISUN Healthcare
TRISUN Healthcare - HR Coordinator - Skilled Nursing Home - Frisco, TX TRISUN Healthcare is an Austin, Texas-based company that manages skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Texas .
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for Victoria Gardens of Frisco in Frisco, TX .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Provides direct HR support to Administrator and Administrator's staff of assigned facility(ies) consistent with TRISUN's Values: Staffing activities on all positions per the TRISUN Hiring Process Map: Sourcing, Interview Coordination, Interviewing, Offer/Reject Responses Ensures all employee information is accurately inputted into TRISUN's Payroll & HRIS system Ensures that a confidential employee personnel file (hard copy) is created, maintained, secured and in compliance with all applicable laws.
May coordinate and/or deliver portions of the TRISUN Facility New Employee Orientation Program Provides to supervisors as needed, coaching on performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution As needed, coaches supervisors on conflict resolution and employee relations issues; coaches employees and re-direct them to their supervisors on employee relations issues May assist Regional and Resource Center HR Management with investigations on issues with legal implications Identifies potential performance, behavior or compensation issues and provides that information on a timely basis, to appropriate decision makers, including the Regional HR Manager Works with the Regional HR Manager and contributes information and ideas on retention analysis and recognition programs Interprets TRISUN policy and audits compensation model practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
Statistical analysis on retention, compensation, benefits participation and other areas as needed.
Develops facility-specific people programs Benefits administration for facility employees on healthcare and 401(k) benefits SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : No Direct Reports EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field; 1-3 years experience as an HR Generalist; healthcare and especially long term care experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employee is required to sit, stand, and walk daily.
The position is located in healthcare facility environment.
Employee may lift up to 50 pounds.
