EPIC Consultant/Trainer
Epic Implementation Specialist / Curriculum Developer / Trainer - Contract Opportunity This is a contract opportunity.
Multiple positions are available.
Ideal candidate must be available for 80% to 90% travel.

Job Responsibilities PROVIDES classroom training and on-site training and support to automated medical record system users, including ancillary users and new hires.
DEVELOPS training materials and tools, customizing where appropriate.
MAINTAINS and SUPPORTS compliance and confidentiality.
EXHIBITS ethics and integrity.
REPORTS and/or RESOLVES issues of non-compliance.
COOPERATES, on a regular, with other staff members both within and outside the department in accomplishment of own job duties as well as assisting others in accomplishing theirs.
SERVES as team player; always exhibiting traits of courtesy, caring, helpfulness and respect.
CONDUCTS self in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, pleasant, cooperative, sensitive, respectful and kind when dealing with members, visitors, the public and all employees.
Qualifications/Requirements Three years professional training experience with one year involving training leadership; demonstrated ability to present effectively; demonstrated knowledge of and skills in the following: leadership, negotiations, creativity, flexibility, team building, coaching, mentoring, empowering, modeling, and recognition; Must be able to deal effectively with people at all levels of organization, including senior management and physicians; demonstrated knowledge of and skills in the following: oral communication, written communication, customer service, team participation, independent working, results orientation, training, facilitation, analysis, problem solving, planning, organization, influence, and presentation development; demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of and skill in the following PC application(s): word processing, spreadsheet, database, and multi-media presentations.
Exceptional classroom management skills.
Experience delivering training in a clinical environment, delivering technical applications, excellent communications and presentation skills.
Equivalent combination of education & experience (lesser) may be considered in lieu of requirements.
Training/giving and receiving instructions.
Mathematical ability, attention to detail (eg organization, prioritization, proofing), concentration, and alertness.
