~Database Records Coordinator
Dept: Philanthropy The Database Records Coordinator is a member of a four-person team which is responsible for the Philanthropy office's alumni/donor database.
This position shares responsibility for developing alumni/donor profiles by accurately entering and maintaining biographic and prospect information in the office's alumni/donor database.
The team works closely with the Director for Advancement Services.
Additional Information Position Type: Full-Time Education/Special Skills Required: The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, reliable, sensitive to issues of confidentiality, detail-oriented, and will possess the following: Two to three years office experience (experience in fundraising a plus but not required), at least one year data entry experience (experience using BSR Advance C/S a plus but not required), experience using a Microsoft Windows systems, working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Access, excellent organizational skills, ability to type 40+ w.pm and a high school diploma required (some college preferred.
The Database Records Coordinator will be trained in BSR Advance C/S, the alumni/donor database for the Office of Philanthropy.
