DIRECTOR OF ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY NEEDS A DIRECTOR It's not often that you get the opportunity to be on the bottom floor of a program of expansion, of innovation and of new concepts in 21st Century Assisted Living Care.
This model community of 160 beds in a suburb of Chicago will become a state of the art facility and you have the opportunity to be an integral part of the excitement.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE must be experienced in Assisted Living, possess administrative and managerial skills and be able to deal one to one with Doctors and Residents.
He will have to be reassuring to families, enthusiastic to residents and 'by the numbers' to the staff.
And all of this while taking charge of the actual running of the facility and the marketing and advertising of its features.
THIS IS NO EASY JOB!! But if you are qualified, you will find the salary and benefits excellent and the working conditions as pleasing as can be. We are a team oriented facility and work real hard being the best we can be for our residents and their families.
