Customer Service Support Rep/Part-Time
Job Title: Customer Service Support Rep/Part-Time Company: LabCorp Location: Gainesville,FL Status: Part Time, Employee Job Category: Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service Support Rep/Part-Time Gainesville, FL 32607 Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems.
Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems.
Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.
e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
High School Diploma or equivalent required w/1-3 years of applicable experience, preferrably in a healthcare setting.
