This position will be a part of the Development and Construction Dept and located in Mesa, Arizona on the Banner Desert Medical Center campus.

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing Construction Leadership by directing project teams, architects and contractor activities.
Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience to include experience functioning as a Construction Manager in a Healthcare environment.
Must demonstrate knowledge of all phases of project mgmt.
construction, hospital maintenance, understanding of local municipalities codes/guidelines, UBC uniform building codes, NFP-National Fire Protection codes, etc. Highy effective verbal, written and computer skills essential.
