Our innovative products hold significant advancements over current minimally invasive treatments, and are expected to provide improved patient outcomes, faster recovery times, shorter hospital stays and lower overall cost of care.

Responsibilities * Cross-functional project leader and accountable for leading the development team in defining project strategies, developing goals and identifying and resolving issues.

* Serve as a champion of the Project and the Development Process recognizing that project results impact the overall success of the organization.

* Hold the team to the highest standards for operational excellence in product development.

* Identify key decision points and assures appropriate decision-making occurs in support of the project.

* Lead the Global Project Team in the development (through registration) of pharmaceutical drug products.

* Drive the implementation of the development plan.

* Collaborate with all related functions within the company as well as with external stakeholders to create and execute the project plan.

* Act as a liaison between the team and management.

* Monitor the progress of the project.

* Maintain high level project timelines.

* Manage project information and documentation (agendas, team minutes, action item and status reports).

* Lead work groups dealing with specific issues.

* Identify issues/risks; develop contingency/alternative plans * Support the project prioritization and resource allocation process * Recommend project team membership * Maximize the company?s ability to develop products through continuous improvement in the execution of projects from initiation to registration and product launch.

Requirements: * Must be proficient in project management technologies, eg Microsoft Project.

* 7+ years of product development experience in a biotechnology, biologics, pharmaceutical or medical products company.

* 7+ years project management experience.

* Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously * Excellent communication & negotiation skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sciences or engineering; Master's degree preferred Are you a fit for this position?
