All you need to bring is yourself! Job Description Description The Clinical Educator acts as a clinical resources for the staff and collaborates with the Administrative staff in assessing the learning needs of the staff, and implements appropriate inservice programs.
The Educator plans and conducts orientation.
The Educator evaluates level of staff performance.
The Educator is also a liaison with student affiliation programs and assists with hospital-wide and community programs as needed.
Qualifications Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
BSN required/MSN or related graduate degree preferred.
Previous teaching expereince preferred.
