WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for entry level claim professionals for our Phoenix claims office who are ready to jump start their career in Personal Lines Claims.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written a must.
Bilingual skills a plus.
Ideal candidate should enjoy conflict resolution, negotiating and investigating.
Must have good organizational skills and work well in a fast paced environment.
Previous personal lines claims experience desired, however, not required.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? As a dedicated claims processor you will interpret insurance policy and apply exposure of the claim to fulfill our obligations to the policyholder.
Investigate all exposures to determine cause, scope, and extent of damages and/or liability and possible subrogation potential.
Evaluate claim for purposes of setting reserves and making appropriate payment.
Document all claim activity to support the outcome initiatives.
Guide policyholder through the claim process to ensure understanding.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills required within a team environment.
