An abundance of opportunities awaits you. Overview: Banner Gateway Medical Center a part of Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider has an opportunity for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer.
This position will be responsible for Human Resources and all related activities for the Banner Gateway Medical Center located in Gilbert, Arizona, if any questions can call 602-495-4755.
Responsibilities: This position will provide supervision, guidance and development for staff, interact with facility Senior Leadership and facility mgmt.
and staff, conduct assessments to determine development needs etc, manpower planning, problem resolutions, ensuring compliance of all applicable government/hospital etc. regulations,etc.
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Mgmt,, Business or related field or equivalent exp. Masters degree preferred.
Must have five years experience functioning in a high level Leadership role overseeing a Human Resource Dept.
consisting of practical operating knowledge of the areas of planning, developing, training, budgeting, program planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee health, labor relations etc. Highly effective verbal, written and computer skills essential.
