Our Medical/Surgical department represents a diverse are of patient care including Internal Medicine and Oncology, Pediatric Orthopedics, and Surgical.
The 24-bed inpatient Surgical unit is located on the west wing of the 4th floor of the hospital and provides 24/7 nursing care to adult patients with diseases and recovering from other general, plastic and ENT surgical procedures.
Your Position To fulfill this role as a Certified Nurse Aide, you'll aide other staff members in providing compassionate health care services that include but are not limited to: postoperative assessment, IV fluid and medication administration, pain management, progressive ambulation, wound care, and discharge planning and patient/family education.

As a newly hired Certified Nurse Aide, you'll be formally precepted by a stable, unit-experienced staff and surrounded by a mentoring environment combined with an operational "what's best for the patient" attitude.
