Associate Administrator
This position will support the Divisions of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine, Quality Health and Infectious Diseases with approximately 36 faculty and 62 classified employees.
Responsibilities include organization, planning and direction of fiscal, physical and human resources, and program planning and development.
Maintain current knowledge of all federal, local, university, and Health system policies and regulations affecting operations and ensure all relevant laws and regulations are followed.
Knowledge of IDX, CERNER and Clinical Practices.
Able to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving issues.
Skilled in verbal and written communication as well as knowledge of statistical and financial functions.
Bachelor's degree in a business related field with experience in management, grants management and financial accounting required.
Previous experience in an academic medical center strongly preferred.
