Receptionist / Facilities Support Services: Norbeck Technologies
Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant Boise, Idaho Norbeck Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant, to support USDA.
Primary Tasks Its mandatory to have 2 years of experience as an Administrator Assistant.
Receptionist work to include but not limited to: receiving and transferring phone calls, recording messages, greeting visitors, distributing public information, maintaining visitor log, typing, familiarity with Microsoft Office products for word processing, database entry, and conduct all business in a professional manner.
You must be positive, self-directed, motivated and able to interface well with a variety of people.
We will assess your past performance.
Poor past performance or the inability to work in a team environment is cause to not be considered.
Also, be prepared to perform any additional administrative, planning and coordinate task not specified.
