Legal Tech: Concord Professional Services, Inc.
Concord Professional Services, a national Federal Contractor, is accepting resumes to fill an immediate temporary, contract Legal Tech position to support services at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Los Angeles, CA. Duties include, but are not limited to: File legal documents and correspondence.
Photocopy and scan documents.
Index and organize documents.
Prepare files for case closure.
Process correspondence, including fax, mail, overnight-delivery packages.
Request and send boxes to/from off-site storage.
Assist with preperation of exhibits for testimony or trials.
Prepare Excel spreadsheets and enter data.
Benefits: This is a full-time position eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, Voluntary Term Life.
401k is offered upon hire; participation begins the first quarterly enrollment period following your date of hire.
Employee's receive a weekly health & welfare rate of $3.
50/hr., per 40 hours, per week.
This can be used to offset the cost of medical, dental and vision enrollment.
2 weeks vacation, after 1 year.
Requirements: Use of several types of software, such as spreadsheet, database and word processing.
Service Delivery: Must be able to sustain 98% accuracy.
Work assignments/tasks are completed according to agreed upon due dates.
Works and interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of management and staff to complete assignments.
Performance Measurements: Must be able to sustain a 98% accuracy.
Work assignments/tasks are completed on time.
Work products are complete and accurate.
Works and interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of management and staff in completing assignments, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background clearance and drug test; active clearance preferred.
