Infection Control Practitioner
GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN BEAUTIFUL EAST MEADOW! Nassau County Correctional Center The Nassau Health Care Corporation is recruiting an Infection Control Practitioner to supervise infection prevention and control activities at the Nassau County Correctional Center for which the NHCC provides medical services.
The position reports to the Nassau Health Care Corporation Vice President of Correctional Services and the Infection Control Director for the Nassau University Medical Center.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years experience in infection control, preferably in a correctional or acute care setting; certification in Infection Control through CBIC and a bachelor's degree in nursing or a health related field.
