POSITION SUMMARY: To provide financial clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient timely and accurate payment of accountsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly contract invoicing and billing of Government and Commercial Customers Follow up collection and allocation of payments.
Carry out billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Reconciliation of accounts Monitoring customer account details from non payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files Follow established procedures for processing receipts etc. Investigate and resolve customer issues Provide annual and monthly budget assistance Ensure that proper accounting procedures and controls are being followed consistently Assist the Chief Financial Officer as requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma required Associates Degree preferred 3 or more years accounts receivable and general accounting experience knowledge of accounts receivable knowledge of office administration and procedures knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures proficient in relevant computer applications SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS: Proficient in MS Office applications; specifically MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Decision-making skills Stress tolerance Negotiation skills Conflict management skills NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE Contact Us: Qualified Candidates who desire an exciting career opportunity with a competitive salary and compensation package should apply online by clicking on the appropriate LEADER COMMUNICATIONS link below.
