Senior Test Engineer Description and Responsibilities: Seeking an experienced and energetic Test Engineers ATE to develop production test capability Requirements: Experience with automated test equipment like LTX, Teradyne, Agilent, and Credence Some form of Analog IC or Mixed Signal Test experience Design load boards and probe cards, correlate ATE and bench test results, develop and qualify test programs, measure repeatability, and calculate limits A BSEE degree and at least 7 years of experience in production testing : ATE Good hands-on test and debug experience Demonstrated manufacturing discipline and production experience Experience with test bench equipment, including, but not limited to, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Figure Meters, and Power Meters, is highly desirable Test Engineer ATE Experience with analog devices is helpful Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment Familiarity with one or more of the major test platforms (Agilent, Teradyne, Credence, 93K, Quartet, Fusion, LTX, CX, TMT, ASL).
