Job Description: Apply broad technical knowledge and skills to analyze, develop and implement solutions for process improvements, trouble-shooting, production support and new product development in assigned area.
Participate in design/analysis/implementation of new products or business initiatives.
Job requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; and five years of experience across full life cycle application and systems development; programming experience; product training; and certification (eg C/C++ programming language, Unix and Shell Scripts, Sybase Transact SQL, Novell, JavaScript).
Freddie Mac will consider applicants who require H-1B sponsorship, but only if the applicant has at least three years of H status remaining out of the original six years of permissible H status.
In order to be considered for permanent residence sponsorship, the individual must be employed with the company for 12 months and meet or exceed annual performance objectives established by their management team.
This is a minimum requirement for sponsorship.
