Job Description: Participate in full life cycle of a project, which includes identification of requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.
Ensure the project is completed on schedule and meets customer expectations.
Act as liaison between business area and technical team to ensure all parties have complete understanding of project scope and requirements.
Work closely with project team in developing and documenting system requirements and design.
Participate in walk-thru of systems documentation with business user.
Document and perform system testing, performs analysis of testing issues, communicate issues to technical team, and assist in user acceptance, integration and operation testing.
Job requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; and five years relevant experience; and appropriate technical training or certification.
Freddie Mac will consider applicants who require H-1B sponsorship, but only if the applicant has at least three years of H status remaining out of the original six years of permissible H status.
In order to be considered for permanent residence sponsorship, the individual must be employed with the company for 12 months and meet or exceed annual performance objectives established by their management team.
This is a minimum requirement for sponsorship.
The decision whether to sponsor an individual for nonimmigrant or immigrant status rests exclusively with Freddie Mac. Job Duties: Experience leading and implementing Data Architecture for large projects Design, develop and implement logical/physical data models supporting business requirements Experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation Experience with Legacy Data migration projects Experience designing and administering Large Databases that support transactional Web systems Experience with large financial services companies using Mortgage industry information standards.
Prior experience writing up use cases Excellent Communication skills, presentation skills and authoring skills Expert in authoring Rational Unified Process (RUP) related artifacts Experience gathering Business requirements for large complex systems working in a large corporate environment Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills with a relationship building personality Experience Working with Object Oriented, Web Technologies Experience: 10 years in the IT industry, 5 years working in a Senior Systems Analyst role, 3+ years with RUP related artifacts Required Technical Skills: RUP, UML, Object Oriented Methodologies, Use Case Modeling Tools ? Rational Rose, Requirements Management Tools (Ex.
Requisite Pro), rWin, DB2, Sybase, Unix, Perl, Shell scripting
