Summary: The Professional Services Engagement Manager is responsible for the successful configuration and deployment of the Instantis EnterpriseTrackTM application for our large Enterprise Customers.
In this role you will work consultatively to assess each Customer's business requirements, determine the optimal application configuration to meet their needs and work in a cross-functional team through the process of deployment and Customer rollout.
You will also work closely with Sales to ensure Customers transition smoothly from pre-sale to post-sale status.
You will subsequently manage all day to day Customer interactions during deployment, rollout, training and facilitate the post-Production transition to Customer Support.
Responsibilities: - Project management of Customer deployments - Cross functional coordination between Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Deployment Engineers - Consultatively set and manage expectations with Customers - Gather Customer business requirements, map them into configuration profiles and/or custom enhancements - Become an expert on EnterpriseTrackTM features, configuration and best practices.
- Transfer product knowledge to Customers using a variety of techniques from informal mentoring through structured training classes.
- Travel 50% - 75% Qualifications: - At least 7 years of customer-facing experience consulting on enterprise-class applications.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with specific experience creating and delivering customer presentations, writing RFPs, documenting requirements and delivering end-user training - Strong project management background.
Software project management background highly desirable.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and web-based applications.
Software development background highly desirable (HTML, Javascript, XML, Java).
- Solid skills with spreadsheets (Excel) and presentation software (Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) - Finance background desirable.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA desired.
Technical degree desired.
