Land Survey Personnel: Confidential
SURVEY POSITIONS - WEST HOUSTON A rapidly growing firm is in search of qualified candidates for the following positions in its Houston Office.
CRAs services include Land Surveying, Hydrographic Surveying, and Laser Scanning.
Clients include numerous Federal, State and Local governmental agencies, Ports, Oil & Gas Companies, and Engineering firms.
SURVEY/CADD TECHNICIAN Duties include: reading and plotting deeds and easements, reducing and checking field data (GPS, conventional TS data and digital leveling data), and writing legal descriptions and easements.
Experience in AutoCAD software is a must.
Experience in Carlson, Microstation and Geopak is desired.
Works under RPLS supervision.
The Ideal candidate would be a Surveyor-In-Training and/or someone with a proven track record.
PARTY CHIEFS & INSTRUMENT OPERATORS Operation of the following field equipment: Trimble robotic total station with TSC2 data collector, conventional and digital levels, Trimble R8 GNSS GPS receivers, and pipeline locators (RD4000 or RD8000 is a plus).
Requires HS Diploma, TDL with good driving record, drug screen mandatory, 2 + years surveying experience.
SIT and or CST is a plus.
Experience should include boundary, control, topographic and construction layout.
Experience surveying in plant environments and performing laser scanning will be a plus.
