HC342379: ExxonMobil Global ServicesHouston, TXApply online: www.exxonmobil.com/exExxonMobil Global Services Company is seeking a top performingcandidate for the position of Global Technical Building Manager to be based in Houston, TX.Job responsibilities include: • Managing all design development professionals & providing technical expertise across all Global Real Estate & Facilities operations• Providing consultation services to business line clients in developing technical design and project development and execution strategies that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures with ExxonMobil's project execution framework and protocol.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors of science degree in Civil,Structural, or Mechanical Engineering and the ability to travelinternationally 25-50% of the time.
Additionally, qualified candidateswill have broad and extensive knowledge of building design &construction processes as well as several years of commercial buildingconstruction and facilities management interface experience.
