The Eastman Kodak Company, Health Group organization is currently seeking a Field Engineer for Chicago, Illinois.
Purpose of Job: Servicing Health Imaging electronic equipment, laser printers, network, CR, DR, Pacs imaging equipment and hospital radiology equipment.
Required Skills / Experience: Must posses ability to diagnose and repair equipment to the board replacement level utilizing technical drawings, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and software tools.
Candidate must have demonstrated use of electro-mechanical skills.
Uses analytical problem solving to identify and troubleshoot basic network systems.
This individual will be responsible for complete customer satisfaction regarding equipment operation, uptime, and service processes.
Manages emergency repair and scheduled appointments.
Desired Skills / Experience: A basic knowledge and understanding of X-Ray technology is STRONGLY DESIRED.
