This position researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, and systems for an underground coal mine and the surface operations of an underground coal mine.

Apply Only at : Chevron QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: - Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

- Develops applications of controls, instruments, and systems for new commercial, domestic and industrial uses.

- Directs and coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.

- Uses computer assisted engineering design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.

- Directs activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction installation, and operational testing conform to functions specifications and customer requirements.

SPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS OR ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS/INFORMATION: - Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering.
