Chief Building Engineer: Regis Property Management
National Real Estate Management Company based in North Texas is currently seeking a well qualifed Chief Building Engineer for a six-property portfolio, approximately 500,000 s.
f., located in North Dallas.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Building Maintenance Interior and exterior lighting and electrical service HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment Security system and fire safety equipment Energy Management System Preventive maintenance schedules and records Budget Preparation Assist Property Manager with securing bid proposals for service contracts and repair and maintenance projects Prepare bid comparison worksheets with recommendations Staff Management Supervise maintenance personnel Prepare preventive maintenance schedules Prepare and maintain inventory records Maintain purchase order system Tenant Relations Handle all work orders and requests Respond to emergencies Construction Management Oversee tenant finish construction Supervise repair and maintenance construction projects SKILLS: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems Good verbal and written skills Computer skills to include Word, Excel and EMS systems Leadership ability Criminal Backgroud Check and Drug Testing will be performed.
