Analog / Wireless IC Advanced Technology Engineer
Analog / Wireless Advanced IC Architecture and Design Analog / Wireless IC Advanced Architecture & Design Engineer As a hands-on member of a Forward-Looking Initiatives team, you'll participate in the creation and feasibility of new concepts and initiatives.
You'll participate in a multi-disciplinary effort that target high-speed mixed-signal and wireless initiatives and requires skills that revolve around performing research, analysis, design, verification and the characterization of concepts.
System-level and architectural experience in wireless and/or wireline analog is essential as it relates to IC design.
Given the high-speed/RF requirements stated, knowledge of process technology is a significant asset.
Finally, a working knowledge in DSP for wireless protocols and other applications and is highly desirable, but not essential.
Knowledge in signal integrity is a plus.
Qualifications include a MSEE (PhDEE Preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
You should be well acquainted with the following EDA tools: Agilent's ADS and/or RFDE, Cadence/Analog Artist along with IC design flow & Simulink/Matlab.
Good verbal and presentation skills are required.
Experience in customer interfacing, standards committees and user applications and protocols is highly desirable, with a focus on low-power circuit and system design techniques.
