Analog DFT Engineer
Sr. Analog Test Development / DFT Engineer Sr. Analog Test Development / DFT Engineer You will be responsible for the development and implementation of DFT features, test coverage analysis and advanced test methods for high-speed transceiver and various analog circuits.
You will work with analog and digital Design Engineers to develop test methods and test automation flows that meet testing requirements.
Methods may include BIST, DC parametric measurement and AC frequency response.
Qualifications include an MSEE or equivalent 5+ years experience in the areas of analog IC circuit design or test development.
Experience in analog circuit analysis, frequency response and analog circuit simulation is required.
A background in high-speed link testing and high-speed signal integrity is a plus.
