Essential Job Duties This position serves as receptionist for the Undergraduate Office and will provide administrative and clerical support for the Coordinator of Classroom Instruction and backup clerical support for the Director of Undergraduate Program and Director of Financial Math Graduate Program.

Some duties will include preparing syllabi for faculty, recording and collecting grades and final exams plus assist with teaching summaries.

Check student schedules and print out class rolls.

Maintain and schedule appointments for Coordinator of Classroom Instruction.

This position also oversees copiers, fax and risograph machine and programs copier codes into copier and fax machine.

This position will also process bi-weekly payrolls and provide backup support for co-worker processing bi-weekly payrolls.

Other duties will include updating office policies and prepare and send out posters for seminars.

This position will also order office supplies for the department.

Serve as backup support for Federal Express.

Other Work/Responsibilities This position will also organize materials and type programs for special events.

Other duties will be to arrange and set up refreshments for Awards Day, undergraduate presentations, weekly teas, colloquiums, other special events plus for four summer programs.

Assist with two graduation ceremonies.

This position will also provide administrative support to co-worker for summer programs.
