Strategic Services Project Manager - Custom Development Of ELearning
Responsible for providing presales support to custom Regional Account Managers and custom clients, revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, proposal and contract preparation, gross margin and project budget analysis, and project management custom development projects.
Negotiates and manages strategic relationships with external customers.
Evaluates and implements resource allocation for Custom projects.
Serves as a product resource for sales and client support.
Key Responsibilities Effectively manages multiple client projects and allocates resources appropriately.
Provides support and direction on assessing estimated project cost and timelines to ensure profitable sales margin on projects.
Troubleshoots and resolves client and product development issues.
Coordinates the scheduling of assigned resources in conjunction with other internal resources (product development teams, sales, engineering) to effectively implement project plans.
Participates in sales and general client meetings.
Monitors quality standards and processes.
Provides work direction, coaching and development to team members.
•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field or equivalent work experience.
•Strong analytical, evaluation and project management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and align resources with changing priorities.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
•Strong customer service skills.
•Ability to manage in a team environment.
•Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Apply Online
