12. 22 Full Time/Part Time Full Time Internal/External Internal/External Duties/Responsibilities Provides physical security for a university building.
1. Unlocks front door and checks all floors for unsecured doors.
2. Monitors entry into the building and maintains sign-in/out log[^%dot%^
3. Monitors security cameras and radio traffic; alerts proper personnel of camera malfunctions.
4. Answers the telephone and greets visitors; provides information and directions.
5. Provides immediate contact with the university's police department in case of an emergency; prepares incident reports.
6. May accept parcel packages and deliver them to designated floors or staff.
7. May monitor and control entry into a gated parking lot[^%dot%^
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or GED. No experience is required.
Requires a valid Texas Driver's License.
