Program Manager: Junior Achievement
This entry level position has dual responsibilities for both education and administration.
The primary duties of the program manager involve the recruitment, training, placement and recognition of community volunteers to deliver Junior Achievement programs in schools throughout the Capital Region.
Additionally the program manager develops and maintains a positive working relationship with all levels of education; including school administrators, teachers, PTA presidents and school coordinators.
Administratively, this position manages office support functions needed to facilitate a productive work environment while also providing assistance in the areas of cash management and bookkeeping.
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
The ideal candidate will possess superior communications skills, be highly motivated and detailed orientated.
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including ACCESS, WORD and EXCEL is required.
