Office Assistant, Children's Discovery Center: Laramie County Community College
Administrative Assistant/ bookkeeperOffice Assistant, Childrens Discovery Center This position is a limited temporary full-time position for up to 6-months Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Complete administrative tasks such as: records management, scheduling staff, handling phone inquiries, sorting mail and data entry.
Manage the customer billing and accounting processes.
Assist with serving meals and helping in the center as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent education.
Three years of office experience.
Previous bookkeeping experience.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications: Accounting/billing experience.
Compensation: $12/hr may be higher depending on experience.
40 hours per week.
Closing Date: Position open until filled, screening to begin immediately.
Starting Date: As soon after screening as possible.
