Mobile Trainer - Call Center
Oreck Call Center is looking for Mobile Trainer! Mobile Trainer Oreck Call Center is looking for a Mobile Trainer responsible for conducting various training and development classes at our outsource vendors.
The individual would be responsible for conducting training and coaching telephone representatives to increase Oreck sales revenue and sales conversions.
Essential functions include: Conducts train-the-trainer courses with outsource vendors; one-on-one coaching and development with sales and customer service; train agents in new promotions and product offers, conduct training classes at vendor locations; maintain reporting documentation and communicate with the Oreck Training Team.
Interpersonal skills include: Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with individuals and groups; ability to work in a team effectively; lead, manage, motivate and develop associates; demonstrate ability to work independently; demonstrate excellent computer hardware and software applications to include work processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Bachelors Degree preferred 2-3 years training experience preferred At least 1 year sales experience required 75% travel availability required Contact Human Resources at 1-228-867-8540
