Administrative Assistant III: Kennesaw State Univ.
Kennesaw State University seeks Administrative Assistant III for Financial Aid Dept Assist with various processes in the Financial Aid Office - including Verification, Federal processes, Imaging, Customer Service, Phone Center, and other areas as needed.
Activities will include assisting with the Verification Process, with the Imaging of documentation into NOLIJ, assisting with the C-Flag resolution process, and the notification of students/parents regarding the needs for various documents.
Often assistance will be needed in various functions, which include ISIR download resolution, checking reports for reconciliation of files, and making the necessary calls to students/parents.
The Federal Unit will require some activities which will include - coorespondence to students/parents.
Often this position will be asked to assist with getting these items to our customer.
Also, the Administrators of the Office may request assistance with other functions This position requires High School Diploma and 2 years experience.
