Will every mechanical engineer gets a good job?

I am an engineering student who has failed in 3rd year. So i have to continue my 4th year course next.

Usually engg course is of 4 yrs but i wasted 1 yr.

But i have to know whether i will be getting a ordinary job or not?.

Will i get a good paying job atleast after 5 yrs of experience in ordinary job or not?

I am from India. Age 21.

Hey dude i m a 2010 passout mech engr.luckily i got placed in core company through campus placement.even many of my friends lost a year after their 3rd yr.but they didnt lost their hope.i just adviced them to do some design courses in that one yr time such as CATIA.even i ll suggest u to do such courses in the one yr free time which gives u a weightage in ur resume for applying jobs.year back normally wont matter in mech engg.but u should maintain atleast a min of aggregate of 70%

Though i m doing computer engg. ,but i know some guys who were placed in good reputed companies in there final year...

as a fresher you would get atleast 20-25,000 depending upon your campus placement but once you get experience you will get a huge amount.....

i m telling you a big truth, your branch is core branch.

whoever starts a industry first of all he will need a mechanical engg then electrical.

students of these two branch dont have to struggle too much for the job...

there are many govt recruitment exams held every year you can try in them.

you can go in merchant navy.

there are many options.
