Which certification get me a good job either ccna or mcsa certification?

I'm a B.Tech IT fresher. which certificationn will help me to get good job . some say being a girl i should not do ccna,because it provides job for male candidates, pls suggest.

Well Nandini , Don't take this in derogatory way but people who told you that CCNA is not for the girls are the most hyprocritical person in your life because there is no such obligation that girls can't get a job after doing CCNA even some of the most senior faculty in my institute (NIIT , Bangalore ) are female faculties who are getting handsomely paid. |

CCDA is another option, I know a few girls who went for CCDA and doing well. but it depends on what is your interest. |

It actually does depend on what you cant to do. CCNA is certification for the Cisco systems while MCSA is Microsoft certification. And yes, if you are certified, you have a 100% better chance of getting a job over those who do not have certification in the same field as you do. Employers do look for certification over non-certified candidates. It's like having a Masters degree compared to a Bachelors. Those with a Masters would have a better shot than those with a Bachelors in the job market. |
