Computer science could be good - if you are really a tech-type person and are a natural at it. The classes are difficult and you spend a lot of time learning computer programming languages, which to me was rather boring. Well, extremely boring LOL

--------------

Generic business classes are essentially worthless. If you want a useful business degree that could possibly land you a well-paying job, go for an Accounting or Finance degree. There's like a gazillion people with MBAs or other Business Administration degrees.

I went into accounting and have had no trouble getting well-paying jobs. I've been doing it for 25+ years now.

I have a computer science degree, and now i'm getting an MBA.

they're both VERY different fields.

However, after a year in business school, it is a BREEZE compared to the work i put into computer science. The programming and math i had to go through in CS is nothing compared to the accounting, stat and marketing classes I'm taking.

It all depends on your make up though. I don't know you. but if you're more of a "people" person i would go with business.

However, if your worried about getting a job, i'm positive that a CS degree will get you a job much easier than a business degree. I've had plenty of friends with GPA's better than mine who couldn't land a job after school, while, i had no problem getting a few offers after undergrad.
