I wanna go to college for computer tech but i also wanna get a job i would like so if i studied that will it qualify me to work at a desk lol? thanks for any answers

They're two separate careers. If you want to work with computers, study computer tech. If you want to be a secretary, take secretarial classes -- if you can even find a school that teaches them any more.
