It happens that after working for years in one filed we start to feel stagnated in it, like there's no scope of growth. But you need not feel so down over it; all you need is an overview of your situation and analyse just what it is that you need to do right now.

These questions are, in my opinion, the best judges of your career path. I know that that's how I realised my true calling.

Temporary staleness in work happens, we just need to know how to get around it.
