How hard would it be for my 28 year old son to start looking for his first job?

My son just graduated with his Bachelors degree in computer science, his GPA was 2.19. He never looked for a job before because he is lazy. My son sits in his room and plays World of Warcraft all day long. His room is very messy.

In all honesty, whoever plays WoW and reads this is going to send out a Hitman to my front door but I'm going to say it anyway because he's 28 and that's ridiculous:

1. You can cut off the internet to the house, which would automatically prevent him from playing since the game requires an online connection.

2. If he doesn't work, how is he managing to pay for the monthly subscription to play World of Warcraft? If it's his own money that he had saved from somewhere, so be it. If it's you that's providing that membership ($15 a month) then simply cut that off.

3. because he's an adult, this might be hard to accomplish, but you can call blizzard directly and have his account frozen. sounds harsh. it is. but after the fuzz and pity pouting, hopefully he'll snap out of it and go out there to put his BA to good use. Other than that, send his rear end packing because at 28 and with a BA, he should definitely have his own place now. He's a step away from being 30 and living with your parents should only be justified by some kind of financial armaggedon or health reasons, not because of lazyness.

Maybe he should get help before he hunts for his first job. With a GPA of 2.19, it sounds like he did just enough to pass. He sounds like an addict.

It would be quite hard, but we'll never know until he starts looking! is he currently looking for a job or is he still too lazy to do it?
